Our accommodation is designed for corporate clients, business travellers, contractors, consultants and relocating or working professionals. We do not accommodate party groups, students or social housing tenants.

Yes. We are happy to work directly with landlords or through their appointed letting agent. Where an agent remains involved, we work collaboratively with them and keep clear lines of communication throughout the agreement.

Once we have viewed and assessed the property, we aim to provide an offer within 24 hours. Where both parties are happy with the terms, agreements can often be completed quickly so that we can begin preparing the property for operation.
