Nathan is an experienced property professional with a background in commercial real estate and property management. Throughout his career, he has held property management and commercial management roles, including responsibility for a commercial real estate portfolio valued in excess of £60 million.
That experience has given Nathan a clear understanding of what matters to property owners: professional management, clear communication and protecting the long-term condition and value of an asset. Those principles sit at the heart of how Pendragon Property operates today.
Why Pendragon Was Created
After years of managing property on behalf of other businesses and property owners, Nathan decided it was time to build something of his own. Pendragon Property was created as something he could build for the long term and ultimately create a legacy for his family.
As a father of two daughters, building a business that can provide greater security and opportunity for his family is a major personal motivation.
